My problem was with a Frost Free Fridge Freezer bought in July 2006.

Paul telephoned the helpline for me, then not getting any satisfaction he sent his engineer to see my appliance. The problem was not what I thought but without making me feel stupid or neglectful the engineer speedily cleared the problem without comment, criticism or charge.
